About The Executive Counsel
Where Clinical Expertise Meets Executive-Level Understanding
The Executive Counsel provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care for high-achieving adults, couples, executives, and leaders. Our mission is to help clients heal, restore relationships, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
OUR PURPOSE
Created for Those Who Carry the Weight of Leadership
The Executive Counsel was created for people who are accustomed to carrying responsibility, solving problems, and performing under pressure... but who need a confidential space where they do not have to be the strong one. Our trauma-informed, evidence-based approach helps clients move beyond survival patterns, restore relationships, and lead from a more integrated place.
ABOUT ME
Clinical Depth. Executive-Level Understanding.
You're successful on the outside but struggling within—overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, or trying to quiet pain with substances or behaviors that no longer serve you. If trauma, addiction, or relationship wounds are keeping you from peace, you're not alone.
After 30+ years in corporate environments, including senior leadership, I now help individuals and couples 18+ heal from substance abuse (alcohol, opioids, illicit drugs), behavior addictions (sex, porn, love, gambling), and partner betrayal. I also support couples seeking deeper connection or navigating hard transitions.
I guide individuals and couples toward healing using evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR and the Gottman Method. My specialty is helping adults recover from trauma and addiction while rebuilding trust in themselves and others. Together, we'll find clarity, relief, and a path
forward—at a pace that feels right for you. It takes courage to reach out—but you don’t have to do this alone. Whether you're looking to
break a cycle or reconnect with a partner, healing is possible.
Kimberly D. Wallace, MACP, LPC, LCDC, NCC, EMDR-trained
